My name is Kaitlyn and I’m a Registered Dietitian. Aside from blogging, I’m a fitness instructor at Cardio Barre Santa Barbara. I love my job! I get paid to workout/dance/have fun AND inspire others to be healthy and fit.
The ONLY THING better than that is when I get to sit down with someone individually and help them achieve their health goals – by making small, simple changes that fit perfectly into their lifestyle.

1 Month Tone-Up $129
Includes one 1-hour initial consultation, plus three 30-minute follow-up consultations (one each week). In addition, you have unlimited access to me via email. This is perfect for you if you’ve been making changes to your lifestyle, but feel like you’re stuck in a rut or need extra accountability.
3 Month Lifestyle Reset $329
Includes one 1-hour initial consultation, plus 11 30-minute follow-up consultations (one each week). This is perfect for you if you’re just getting started on your journey towards a healthful lifestyle and are not exactly sure where to start.
Diet & Nutrient Analysis
Diet Analysis $29
By signing up to work with me, I will provide you with:
- An outline of the nutrients you are receiving from your diet
- A detailed description of three nutrients you are getting inadequate amounts of
- How you can make improvements that will fit into your lifestyle
I will ask for a detailed record of what you ate for 1 day to complete the diet analysis. In addition, I’ll ask health history and other nutrition-related questions, so that my comments can be tailored to YOU.
After this initial assessment, I encourage you to keep in touch. It’s important to follow-up to stay on track!
